Agatha Christie's "Mousetrap"

Arts, Culture & Nature

The Mousetrap is a world reknowned murder mystery by Agatha Christie. The Mousetrap opened in the London in 1952, and has been running continuously ever since. It has the longest initial run of any play in history, with over 24,500 performances so far. It’s no mystery why Agatha Christie, an author whose fame began almost 100 years ago, still has a following. The novelist-playwright holds a corner on the quaint, set-up murder puzzle where likely and unlikely suspects gather in one room and the detective methodically shuffles through the psychological minefield to discern the culprit.
