Bald Mountain Tours
Join us for a complimentary Bald Mountain Tour, offered every Monday, Wednesday & Friday throughout the winter season. Tours meet at 9:30am in the Mountain View Room at River Run Lodge and are guided by one of the friendly members of our Mountain Guest Services team (yellow coats). They will guide you around Bald Mountain’s vast terrain, share where the best skiing and riding is and wow you with some amazing historical facts about Sun Valley. Tours are open for all ski levels.

Bald Mountain Clean Up
Join us for a community Baldy clean-up day! Meet us at River Run Plaza on Sunday, June 25th at 8:30am for light refreshments and a brief safety overview. We will depart from there to clean designated areas on Bald Mountain – please wear appropriate footwear, and come equipped with water, sunscreen and work gloves. Stick around for raffle prizes at 12:30pm – including a 2023/24 Challenger Season Pass!
Bald Mountain Closing Weekend at River Run
Come celebrate the end of another great season on Bald Mountain! Saturday, April 15th, 2023 Local Folk-Rock artist Trevor Green will be performing live on the River Run Patio from 2pm – 5pm. Trevor’s music brings big energy and is the perfect kick-off to Baldy closing weekend! Sunday, April 16th, 2023 DJ Luke Ross on the decks spinning some pop and house remixes from 2pm – 5pm on River Run Patio to celebrate the final day of skiing and riding on Bald Mountain!
Sunset Skin Up Bald Mountain with SheJumps
SheJumps and Get the Girls Out are excited to invite you to a Sunset Skin-up Bald Mountain. Meet at River Run Lodge at the base of Bald Mountain for a Daylight Savings sunset skin up Baldy. We’ll skin up College and enjoy spectacular Pioneer Mountain views. Generous swag from Wild Rye will be offered! Required equipment includes: skins, skis or split boards with adjustable bindings, appropriate boots, a safety light, reflective clothing and a headlamp. No instruction will be provided. This meet-up event is free with a suggested donation of $10.
