For those of you who have already taken the first knife skills class, advanced knife skills is designed to further hone the skills you have learned and learn new knife techniques. Where the first class focused exclusively on the chef knife, this class will explore other important knives such as the boning knife, paring knife, and slicer. There will be some continued cutting exercises with the chef knife too. Join Dean and Chef Christopher Koetke for another hands-on class designed to make you as proficient in the kitchen as possible.

There will be no shortage of calories here—but there will be lots of smiles. Dean and Chef Christopher Koetke will take you through the families of dessert sauces and then take some detours into ice cream and Bavarian cream.
