On the main level of the rustic Redfish Lake Lodge, you’ll taste a true Idaho mountain brand of comfort food – cuisine that will pleasantly surprise you in this remote and rugged country. We start with as much local Idaho grown ingredients as we can, then add our own blend of flavors from the Northwest’s wild resources. We specialize in salmon, trout, wild game, and other regional favorites – plus wines from acclaimed local, domestic, and international producers. The lake views and rustic lodge atmosphere will make this a memorable and ‘crave-able’ experience for small and large parties alike.
Hearty, traditional breakfasts with a Northwestern flair are served 7 days a week in our main dining room. Enjoy lunch in the dining room daily from opening weekend in May until the weather allows us to go outside to our food and beverage gazebo. We will open again for lunch in the dining room on any bad weather days and after Labor Day.
The outdoor gazebo is open from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm daily weather permitting – offering burgers, wraps, burritos, fish tacos, soups, salads, pizza, and “living the dream” ice cream – plus beer and wine.

DINING ROOM
The Lodge dining room can accommodate large parties up to 40 people. Reservations are requested for groups between 10-15 and required for groups over 15. Large parties may order off a special large party menu or arrange a specific menu for their group. For large parties (8 and over) there is a 20% gratuity added to the final bill.
To make a dining room reservation, in the summer months, please call directly to the Lodge, which begins Memorial Day weekend in May until the first week of October. Summer Phone: 208-774-3536. To reserve your event prior to summer, please call our winter office: (208) 644-9096. Your $250 deposit locks in your date and allows you to reserve a portion of lodging for your group. This $250 deposit is credited to your final bill in the restaurant.

THE RUSTIC LOUNGE
For many, the Redfish Rustic Lounge captures the charm of the resort. From the log-hewn stools to the “eccentric” memorabilia, you have not really seen Redfish Lake Lodge until you have stepped foot in the nostalgic bar. Trei, our bartender of over ten years now, is not only an amazing bartender; he knows the backcountry like few in the area. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday night we have “Happy Hour with Jen”. These experiences is beyond description, but trust us, it will be one of your fond memories of Redfish. Open all season, 7 days a week from 4 pm to midnight or noon to midnight during peak summer weeks.
OUTDOOR GAZEBO
A casual and tasty way to enjoy lunch or dinner while enjoying all the setting has to offer with your friends. SUNSET APPETIZER CRUISE
Looking for an oh so romantic evening for two…maybe a party with friends…or perhaps a cherished family memory. Whatever your aspiration, create the perfect celebration with a sunset appetizer cruise on Redfish Lake.
Cost is $125.00 for the boat and cruise and $15.00 per person for the appetizers. Alcoholic drinks are extra. Children 12 and under $10.00.
