For many, duck is seen as difficult to cook and even mysterious. As a result, it is not prepared often at home even though chefs love to cook with duck. The reason that chefs are drawn to duck is that it is one of the most versatile of birds where every part of it can be made into something unique and delicious! In this demo class, Dean and Chef Chris Koetke will demonstrate how to cook this amazing bird to maximize its potential. Chef Chris will even show how to cook it as a low fat, high protein dinner.
