One part dance party, one part fitness class. Class begins with a sun salutation series to create an awareness of body alignment and rolls into dim lights, fun poppy playlists from a multitude of genres, and open, non-choreographed dancing. Letting the music guide your body, and being ready for a few movement cues from the instructor from time to time, you are going to sweat (and laugh) a lot! Inspired by the yogic philosophy of Santosha (or joy), this is a place to come and let down your guard and let it all out.
Class will be 75 minutes. Wear comfortable clothing for movement, socks or barefoot. Open to all experience levels. NO dance experience needed.
