Dedicated to Combating Parkinson’s Disease (and Other Adverse Neurological Disorders)

If you or someone you love or care for is suffering from Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s, dementia, palsy, cochlear/balance disorders, or any other neurological condition, please come to Zenergy Health Club and Spa in Ketchum, Idaho for the Mountain Mind Summit on September 28, 2019. This is the place for you to access safe, practical, and effective knowledge and exercises that you can use to help combat the effects of these debilitating conditions.

A one-day event running from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, the Mountain Mind Summit will present attendees with a schedule full of short, informative talks from health science and neurological science experts intermixed with fun group exercise classes targeted to help maintain or retrain the nervous system, all led by nationally certified trainers and qualified instructors. (See summary of Summit schedule, below.)

Special guest to the Summit is the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research (MJFF), one of the world’s leading non-profit research foundations which is helping to lead the charge toward a cure for PD while also helping to alleviate the symptoms of the disease today. Join MJFF spokesperson and Associate Director of Advancement Jennifer Riedel as she speaks to the current frontiers and foundations of PD research and acts as host to your questions and interest around getting involved to help find a cure through your donations, information, or volunteerism.

Partners to the Summit include a variety of health practitioners and organizations committed to making a difference in your neurological health. Their participation will provide you with an extended network of possibilities of how you can help prevent, slow, or manage your condition through nutrition, exercise, and supplementation. The format for the 6-hour summit operates on an easy to manage talk/class/talk class model, helping to keep everyone active and engaged throughout.

The Mountain Mind Summit’s lodging partner is the Limelight Hotel, Ketchum. This modern luxury hotel on Main Street in downtown Ketchum is a social, comfortable, and fun place to stay in Sun Valley, and as our event partner the Limelight Hotel has kindly offered to Summit attendees a very low promotional rate of $139/night for one of their lovely standard rooms. This rate applies for Friday, September 27 as well as Saturday, September 28, opening up the possibility for out-of-area guests to enjoy a nice autumn weekend in the Sun Valley area that combines sightseeing or other outdoor or cultural fun with the beneficial offerings of the Summit itself. To redeem the lodging deal, simply mention the Mountain Mind Summit while booking your room. The Limelight Hotel’s free shuttle service will transport attendees from the hotel to Zenergy and pick you up upon the Summit’s conclusion.

Tickets for the event are just $20 or $30 (with a choice of a lunch included), and all proceeds from the event are being donated to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. Zenergy invites all those with any interest in attending – including those individuals who are simply interested in optimally preserving their own neuromuscular health – to please come and to spread the word about the seminar.

Those individuals who are interested in donating to the Michael J. Fox Foundation directly are encouraged to do so, and can access a donation portal directly by visiting the MJFF website. Your contributions and assistance are greatly appreciated!
