The Sawtooth Salmon Festival is an annual tradition in beautiful Stanley, Idaho. Come see wild salmon spawning in the streams of their birth and join us a day of festivities focusing on wild Idaho, wild rivers and, most important, the magic and miracle of wild salmon.

Friday Aug. 20 5pm
Friday Evening Presentation:.
RUSS THUROW: Come hear about the history, status, and recovery of the Wild Chinook Salmon that we see right here in the Salmon River. Join us as Russ Thurow, Fish Biologist, talks about this unique aquatic resource that needs protecting and restoration to our rivers.

Sat., Aug. 31, 11 A.M. To 6 P.M.
Join us for wild salmon spawning tours, leaving the Stanley Museum every couple hours. Refreshments will be provided by Sockeye Brewing, who will feature their incredible Lonesome Larry Lager. Live music will be provided at the festival grounds.

Salmon Spawning tours 11:30, 1pm, 2:30 & 4pm – we will depart and return to SIHA each trip.

Burgers and Brats are available for $5 from Lost River Meats in Mackey! Beverages by Sockeye Brewery.

Music from 1-4 provided by the local band, Idaho Vacation!
