Building on the last “What’s in the Ocean Beyond Fish” class, this class continues our journey and exploration of the non-fish side of the ocean. Dean and Chef Christopher Koetke will cook up dishes using lobster, shrimp, clams, and oysters. The class will focus on basic techniques for these disparate seafoods. Grab a glass of white wine and get ready for some serious seafood sampling!
