This year’s annual Winter Read centers around the novella “A River Runs Through It” by Norman Maclean. The Winter Read Book Group, led by Community Library director Jenny Emery Davidson will read Maclean’s book alongside “Walden” by Henry David Thoreau and “Pilgrim at Tinker Creek” by Annie Dillard–three nonfiction books that invite contemplation about the natural world and how we move through it.
