Thursdays: July 23, July 30, August 6 and August 13

Are you an intermediate rider? Intermediate riders should be comfortable riding for 1-2 hours, should be able to ride single-track trails, should be comfortable with shifting and braking as well as moderate ups and downs. Intermediate riders are often fit and generally ride well but get stuck here and there on trail challenges. Example trail: Outhouse trail at Galena Lodge or Fox Creek Loop

What is a beginner rider? Beginner riders are just that, beginner. You should be able to ride a bike and have at least dipped your toe into some single-track riding. You should be comfortable on a bike (any kind) and have the stamina to ride for 30 mins to 1 hour or more. Customized classes to include drills and skills and even some intervals! (and some riding too)
