Visit Sun Valley is a 501 (c) (6) nonprofit Destination Management and Marketing Organization (DMMO) for the greater Sun Valley area, including Ketchum, Sun Valley, Hailey, Bellevue, and beyond.

Visit Sun Valley Membership
Visit Sun Valley would like to invite you to join our organization and benefit from our efforts to raise awareness of Sun Valley and increase visitation to the area.
Annual Dues
- All Business License holders located in the cities of Ketchum or Sun Valley, and Local Option Tax collectors in the cities of Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Hailey are eligible for a Visit Sun Valley membership at no cost.
- Other businesses and organizations located in the cities of Hailey, Bellevue, Carey, and Stanley that realize a portion of their business from the Sun Valley community and that also share the common interests and goals of Visit Sun Valley may join as Associate Members according to this fee structure:

Visit Sun Valley Website
- Website presence on VSV Business Directory. Individual listing allowing for your business description, contact information, multiple images, website links, videos, menus, etc.
- Inclusion in the most complete and up-to-date Events Calendar for the area
- Instructions to add your event to the VSV calendar: Go to ww.visitsunvalley.com/calendar, click on the “Add an Event” button, located below the signature events banner and to the right of the screen. Add all the required information, with an image, and then click “Submit Event.”
- Presence on our ‘Deals/Specials’ page
- Information has to be emailed to Jessica at jessica@visitsunvalley.com. Please include a description blurb, dates you are running the promotion, any terms & conditions that apply, as well as an image in JPEG, JPG, or PNG format and 2MB KB max. size.
Visitor Center
- Stocking of your brochures, publications, or other collateral.
- The recommended rack card size is 4×9 in portrait orientation with your logo at the top.
- Digital display of Community Event posters:
- Concerts, classes, lectures, open house, and similar events.
- Sales, specials, and clearance do not qualify as events.
- Ideal image specs are:
- JPEG, JPG, or PNG format
- 16:9 aspect ratio – ideal dimensions 1920×1080 for maximum screen utilization
- 100-pixel margin on all sides – with no text or image to avoid the content being cut.
- While the above are the ideal image specs, we can add other images.
- Display of a member brand video.
- The video should be editorial in nature and ought to have content that is relevant to and of interest to visitors and the community at large.
- Should be created such that audio is not necessary to understand what is happening. Captions can also be included.
- Ideally, it should include the company logo and website, either pre- and post-roll or throughout the video.
- 1minute to 1.5-minute recommended time.
- Mp4 file format
- 1080p resolution
- Referral to your business by knowledgeable and friendly Visitor Center staff.
- Opportunity to provide product knowledge sessions to Visitor Center staff.
Member Communication
- Access to the member documents section of the website to view the latest operational highlights, press releases, advertising materials, research findings, and fellow member contact information.
- Access to the monthly Occupancy Reports via Inntopia DestiMetrics- lodging performance outlook.
Other: Lodging
- Lodging properties that participate in the DestiMetrics reporting may also participate in the “Kids Ski Free” promotion and discounted lift ticket programs for lodging guests (offered via the Sun Valley Resort).

To Sign up for a Visit Sun Valley Membership:
- Step 1– Before submitting a membership application:
- To qualify for a membership at no cost, email a copy of your business license or Local Option Tax permit as detailed above to jessica@vistsunvalley.com.
- To join as an Associate Member, review and agree to the annual dues for your business/organization: VSV Associate Member Annual Dues
- Step 2: Submit your membership application. All new members must complete our Membership Application below.
